Yes. We offer 48-hour radon testing for a flat fee. Radon can't be seen or smelled, and testing is the only way to know your level. The EPA recommends taking action at 4 pCi/L or higher. See our Radon Testing page.
Thermal imaging uses an infrared camera to find hidden moisture, missing insulation and electrical hot spots that the eye can't see. It's free of charge when John uses it to verify a specific issue, and a whole-house thermal scan is available for a small fee.
Yes. New homes can have framing, roofing, electrical and drainage issues that get covered up before closing. An independent inspection gives you the chance to have the builder correct problems while they're still responsible for them.
